Technical Sales Consultant (SoHo)

Seeking a Technical Sales Consultant based at our Manhattan showroom. Involves travel to site visits and technical problem solving.

Summary

Join our small team of five as a Technical Sales Consultant, specializing in the design and specification of heating systems in heritage architectural projects across the tristate area and beyond. With a strong focus on refurbishment and embodied carbon, we prioritise the reuse of original radiators where possible, only supplying new where necessary, and always offering expertise on upgrading legacy systems to meet modern efficiency standards.

Our clients range from large firms to architects and individual homeowners. We provide consultations in-person and remotely, advising on heat loss, system efficiency, radiator sizing and placement. Previous industry experience is advantageous, and a genuine passion for heritage architecture, engineering, and prior knowledge of plumbing systems (especially steam systems) will be a great driver for success in this role.

We are a British-based firm, the only radiator manufacturer designing and casting new radiators in England. Our product is built to last centuries. We are a circular business with family and wellbeing at the heart of what we do.

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in heating systems.
  • Understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in standard office software; knowledge of design software is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
